Talks at SYNASC 2021

I had an opportunity to give two talks on Eos.  One is an invited talk containing our research progress and a few new results at the SYNASC 2021, December 7, 2021.

The slide is here.

The other is a Tutorial on Orikoto programming.  The tutorial slide is here.  The additional slide  is here.

The tutorial was on December 9, 2021.   I used a new version of Eos (Eos3.30).  Eos3.5 is not released yet but will be in a few days.

Many changes on Eos project page

As a new semester started at the university, I need to incorporate a lecture page into a new site. Since the old Eos project page is no longer maintained, I decided to open the new page in the site of Eos project web site. This triggered many more changes in the rest of the Eos project site. The changes include the following:

  • new login page
  • Eos2016 is no longer accessible.
  • Ida’s home page which is a part of Eos2016 is diminished. So I am preparing my own home page and link to this Eos site.
  • I am starting to add the materials to my book on Computational Origami.
  • I added more members as editors.

Comutation model site

The site for computation models was created, it is served as a home page of the lecture given at the University of Tsukuba. The site is password protected since it has links to the materials used for the lecture, some of which are protected from the public (only allowed for teaching context).
